Rashaad Woods is a reformed man from the streets of East Knoxville. He has dedicated his life to preventing violence in communities plagued by crime. Growing up in the East Knoxville area, Rashaad was swept up in a life of violence and crime. His experiences in that world, and the consequences he faced, shaped him into the man he is today: A committed advocate for change.
