I was born and raised in Knoxville. I grew up in The Western Heights community although my roots are throughout Knoxville. I am a violence interrupter for Turn Up Knox. I chose to join the TUK team because I really appreciate the mission and the work that our program does for our community and what it represents. I am passionate about preventing gang and gun violence in my community and I know that it takes a group effort to make a positive impact. It is important to me to help create the change that I want to see!
