Denzel Grant has a rich history of serving the Knoxville community & families who have lost loved ones to gun violence. A seasoned nonprofit leader with deep roots in the Knoxville area. Born in Knoxville, TN, raised in the Austin Homes community before he moved to New Jersey at age 15. In 2016 Mr. Grant moved back to Knoxville after finishing school and serving 6 years in the U.S. Army. Since his return, he has dedicated his life to creating a safer and healthier community. In 2022 he and others helped create Turn Up KNOX, a program dedicated to doing the very work he has dedicated his life to do.
